The Lahore High Court passed a judgement setting Hafiz Saeed free.He is one of the master minds of the 26/11 Mumbai Terror attacks.Pakistan does not seem to have the will to punish terrorists or they have a separate judgement process of good terrorists (who attack India) and bad terrorists (those who attack Pakistan itself).
