The Prime Minister, in this context, also announced that he will request foreign governments in possession of papers relating to Netaji to declassify them. “Will also request foreign govern ment to declassify files on Netaji available with them. Shall begin this with Russia in December,“ Modi informed through tweet.

Nations that forget their history lack the power to create it,“ Modi said in an apparent reasoning to his announcement today .
