101-storeyed Wadala tower gets CM’s nod

Mumbai’s proposed 101-storeyed commercial tower has got the CM’s nod. The tower will come up near Imax Wadala and at the interstate bus terminal space, just 4 km from Dadar TT, said metropolitan commissioner Ratnakar Gaikwad. Chavan has asked MMRDA officials to get an approval from the civil aviation ministry for its height to proceed with the global tendering. The height of the tower is proposed to be 1725.28 ft. Gaikwad said the height of the tower will also depend on a feasibility study. The project will cost Rs 4,128 crore. The tower will have five floors reserved for parking and 16 for other essential services. The remaining 80 floors will house office space and other facilities.
