Khushkheda-Bhiwadi-Neemrana Investment Region snippets

The Khushkheda-Bhiwadi-Neemrana Investment Region (KBNIR) under Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor (DMIC) will attract investments worth Rs.27,371 cr and create 5 lakh jobs. Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje termed the project as of great importance to the state.
Presenting the progress report on the first node of KBNIR, officials apprised CM on knowledge city and integrated water management system to be developed in KBNIR. Officials asserted that the proposed project would attract investment of Rs.27,371 cr.
After completion, the investment region would provide direct employment to nearly 5 lakh people while 15 lakh people would get indirect employment.
“For the knowledge city and water management system we have hired prominent consultants who will be advising on developing necessary infrastructure. Over all the blue print of the project is ready and we are making good progress on it,” said an official of bureau of investment promotion (BIP).
