The BEML factory in Bangalore has manufactured and delivered India’s first indigenously built standard gauge Metro car to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa flagged off the Metro car at the Bangalore Metro Complex of the BEML .
