After a series of attacks on cats and dogs around the Dombivili and Kalyan fish market areas, animal activists have come together to post a reward of Rs.10,000 to nab the animal attackers. Just a week back, Plant and Animals Welfare Society - PAWS working for the rescue and treatment of animals, picked up a dog that was bleeding profusely after being struck on its back with a fish chopper.
