The trial flight of seaplane was conducted successfully at Ashtamudi Lake on Saturday.
The seaplane which took off from Punnamada landed smoothly at Ashtamudi Lake and then went back to Punnamada.
The seaplane service will be launched by chief minister Oommen Chandy on Sunday at IWAI water terminal, Ashtamudi. The inaugural service will be from Ashtamudi to Punnamada.
