Hang 'em all!

Raj Thackeray has said that he opposes the creation of a separate Vidarbha at an election rally where he slammed all parties. “The Shiv Sena, BJP, Congress and NCP are all hand in glove. They have partnerships in money and industries. In public domain, they criticize one another, but behind the scenes, they are all one. They collectively have spoiled the state, leaving farmers to commit suicide. This is the stark reality. So, don't let your life go waste. If at all you (farmers) wish to commit suicide, do so after hanging the foursome at the polls,“ MNS chief Raj Thackeray said at a rally to launch the party's campaign, in Amravati district on Tuesday.
Opposing a separate Vidarbha, Thackeray said, “Shivaji Maharaj was born in Pune and his mother Jijamata hailed from Sindkhedraja, a place in Buldana district of Vidarbha. Both regions are parts of Maharashtra. I cannot support any separation of a mother from her son.“
At an election rally at Walgaon, Thackeray said, “Nothing is separate for me, be it Vidarbha, Marathwada, Konkan, rest of Maharashtra or Westerm Maharashtra. I am for one Maharashtra. The entire Maharashtra is my constituency.“ He said the leaders making a hue and cry about statehood were themselves to blame for the backwardness of Vidarbha.
“They come here only to contest the polls, but live in Pune and Mumbai where they run their industries and make money,“ he said.
Thackeray said the Congress-NCP could rule the state for 15 years as the opposition was a fool. “Dump all these political parties for once and give me just one chance. I don't want it for making money or raising property. I promise to change the entire picture of the state,“ Thackeray said.
