Recently, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation had also announced plans to construct three new flyovers and three RoBs in the next few years in city. It had proposed a flyover connecting Wardha Road with Narendra Nagar to ease the congested under-bridge used by heavy-vehicle traffic going to the container depot. The four-lane flyover will start near the Coca Cola factory and end at Narendra Nagar. It also proposed a flyover connecting RBI with Katol Road, and another from Anand Talkies to Ghat Road.
