India has never had it so good at the Olympics.3 medals,a paltry number looking at a country with a population of 1.1 billion.But atleast it's been a better performance by the Indian sportsmen.The wrestler from Chhatrasal,Sushil Kumar won a bronze medal in the 66kg freestyle wrestling.The boxer from Bhiwani,Vijender Kumar is assured of a bronze that may be upgraded to a silver or a gold depending on his performance in the middle weight (75 kg) boxing category.
