J&K CM Omar Abdullah pardoned suspended state police head constable, Abdul Ahad Jan, who hurled a shoe at him during the I-Day function at Srinagar. Omar said his move was in line with the spirit of the ongoing month of Ramzan, which ‘teaches us to be compassionate’.
