IPL Media rights bagged by Star

Broadcaster Star India's wholly owned subsidiary Novi Digital Entertainment has won the media rights for the next three IPL seasons for Rs.302.2 crore, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said in a statement.
The reserve price for the rights, which include Internet and mobile for the Indian subcontinent, and television, audio, Internet and mobile for certain international territories, was Rs.120 crore.
Bids were received from Times Internet, Multi Screen Media and Novi Digital Entertainment.
The marketing committee of the Indian cricket board, which met in Mumbai on Tuesday, awarded the media rights to Novi Digital.
