Giving a big boost to the Indian Navy’s defence capabilities, two state-of-the-art high-speed warships ‘INS Cankarso’ and ‘INS Kondul’ were commissioned in Vizag . The indigenously-built ships, which use water jet propulsion technology, can detect, locate and destroy small fast-moving enemy surface craft engaged in covert operations.
