The 94th birthday celebrations of DMK president M Karunanidhi are likely to paralyse the city on Saturday, with more than one lakh party workers expected to throng roads in and around Royapettah.
DMK leaders said they expect at least that many workers from across the state to assemble in Chennai for the celebrations.
