R Com crosses 50 million subscribers

Anil Ambani’s Reliance Communications has become the fifth Asian mobile operator to cross 50 million mobile subscribers. Announcing this , the company also said that it had added 1.74 million new mobile subscribers during June 2008. With this highest ever monthly subscriber addition, Reliance Communications has become the fifth mobile operator to serve 50 million mobile customers in Asia.Bharti tops the GSM list with 69.3 million subscribers.
