The Project Monitoring Group (PMG), set up by the Manmohan Singh government 11 months ago, has got cracking. The PMG's efforts have unlocked investment worth around Rs.5.3 lakh crore.
Ironically, the UPA decision will aid the Modi regime's attempt to revive the economy . Projects on stream are expected to translate to healthier industrial output and create jobs across sectors, particularly infrastructure.
